Did you check your spam filters on your email? Most members that do not receive their welcome email is because they do not add BakoWeb.com to their spam filters, and our email is discarded by their filters.
You can also see a copy of your welcome email by signing on to your account in our member center at http://www.bakoweb.com/support/clientarea.php then clicking "My Emails" in the client nav bar.
If you checked your spam settings, and you still haven't received your welcome email, please contact us.
