All scammers, fraud, spoof, hackers and phishing can be reported to the PayPal Fraud Department (spoof@paypal.com 1-888-221-1161), and the FBI Cyber Crimes Unit at: http://www.fbi.gov/cyberinvest/cyberhome.htm and IC3 at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
