BakoWeb Dude - FAQ's

What is the Difference between My Member Center account and My cPanel account?

You have two accounts given to you when you signed up:

1)   cPanel -  This account manages all the files, databases, emails, domains, and other things for your website.  So your cPanel account manages your website directly.  It can be accessed through the Member Center or by going to your domain name and adding /cpanel to the address, for instance:  http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel

2)   Member Center -  This account manages all your bills, support tickets, invoicing, affiliates, and orders.  So your Member Center account manages your hosting account with BakoWeb.  It is only accessed by logging in to https://www.bakoweb.com/support/clientarea.php

"The cPanel manages your website, while the Member Center manages your hosting account."

*Warning:  Be careful you don't have too many wrong login attempts on either cPanel or the Member Center or you will be locked out of the account for up to two hours.
